Increasing customer requirements and changing conditions on the market require a constant control and further development of our management system. With our quality management we have created an instrument to continuously meet these challenges.
Since 1993 COMSOFT presents a story of success with reference to the certification according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard and is additionally certified in accordance to the DIN EN ISO 14001 standard since 2009. However, for us it is not enough to only fulfill these standards. Therefore today, we apply the principles of PRINCE II for project management, especially to our AMHS-projects.
But also on the level of product development, i.e. software products, we use a methodology which is state-of-the-art: SCRUM. Using this means of systems engineering method, we define single tasks in small and manageable packages, which we review in weekly or bi-weekly intervals in respect of target achievement. In order to counteract potential errors at an early stage.
By the help of both methods we achieved a sustained augmentation in the quality of projects and products which shall be continued in the future.
Our management system is based on five central purposes, which constitute an essential part of our corporate philosophy.
- Customer satisfaction
We receive orders from our customers. Only if we can manage to convince our customers again and again by offering optimal customer service, fair and well-balanced cost/benefit-ratio as well as an on time and reliable business processing, we will receive further orders in the future. But in addition to our customers, other interested circles are of importance for us as well, such as business partners, suppliers, representatives etc. who also play an important role.
- Quality of products and service
In the past, we managed to establish an excellent image by means of our products and the associated service. In order to improve even more in the future, we need reliable and durable products which are produced by using modern techniques and in accordance with high quality, environmental and performance standards. Within our processes we describe all procedures which are crucial for us. The more efficient our procedures are and the more we control them, the more successful we will be.
- Employees
Motivated employees are our most important capital. We need productive and committed employees whose knowledge we can apply optimally. By constant training and further education of all employees we intend to further develop their skills in order to contribute to an optimal customer orientation.
- Economic efficiency
We have to provide our services in an economic and highly efficient manner. Only in this case we obtain the income that is needed to meet the challenges of the future.
- Environmental protection
We consider the continuous improvement of our environmental performance, which is secured by regular definition of environmental objectives, their control and realization through environmental programs, to be a constant task and obligation of our company. Our aim is to permanently reduce the environmental pollution and the consumption of energy and resources as well as all other environmental impacts caused by our business activities and corresponding products.
