Experience Report: Diploma Thesis

My name is Stefan Meyer and I have studied computer sciences at the University of Karlsruhe. I became aware of COMSOFT because of a friend, who told me about his positive experiences as a working student at COMSOFT.

We both wrote our diploma thesis about a new aircraft tracker at COMSOFT. The project was really interesting because we were given a lot of freedom by allowing us to contribute our own ideas and thoughts. I was surprised how much influence we, as students about to take our diploma, were allowed to have in such a central and security related project.

After my diploma thesis I was asked if I wanted to start working at COMSOFT immediately after having finished my thesis. As I already knew the working environment and the colleagues I appreciated a lot the possibility to stay at COMSOFT. What I like in particular is the good working atmosphere among the colleagues, the in-house exercise room and the flexible working hours due to flextime.
