Experience Report:
Working Student & Bachelor Thesis

During my studies at the University of Karlsruhe I was looking for an activity as a working student, giving me the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical contents of university courses and at the same time supplementing them by practical tasks.

COMSOFT, respectively the department of "Sales & Marketing", gave me the opportunity to experience a wide and interesting field of activity within a very exciting industry through active participation.

Every working day is characterized by various tasks and requirements varying from the handling of several tools to the planning of most different activities. The short communication and decision-making processes facilitate meeting the challenges of each working day together with the team.

For me it has been a crucial point right from the beginning, that COMSOFT is a company acting internationally and that even students are being supported and encouraged in an exemplary way. As a logical consequence I accepted the offer to write my final thesis at COMSOFT.

Due to my activity as a working student I am able to gain a wide and diverse insight, which optimally pre

ares me for the entrance to my professional career. At the same time I benefit from the excellent teamwork and the positive inter-divisional working atmosphere.
The insight into exciting processes, the chance to actively participate in projects and the positive feedback of my professors prove that COMSOFT offers more to students than just a simple job alongside their studies.
