Meets the needs of risk management and compliance applications by recording
calls, all of the time.
Selective Recording
Using a wide range of rules to decide what you want to record and save,
capture specific transactions or protect privacy. Selection can be based
on:
- Full D-Channel support (no need for CTI servers and databases)
- Channel
- Date and time
- Line key
- User or extension number
- Function key
- Calling Line Id (via DTMF/FSK or D-Channel)
- On/off hook
- Censure list of excluded calls (simply enter the telephone numbers
you don’t want to record)
- Record list of preselected telephone numbers (simply enter the telephone
numbers you do want record)
Recording on Demand
Simply use a click of a button on the users telephone
set to initiate recording. Recording can be from the beginning of the
call in progress or at the point of record demand – you decide.
Selective Deleting
- Calls and call information can be deleted by age (date and time)
- Marked calls can be given a specific delete schedule (4 predefined
schedules possible)
- Call information can be captured in the database while the corresponding
audio is deleted
Fast Retrieval of Calls
The Mynavoice provides a powerful array of search
capabilities to enable you to retrieve any case easily.
Search can be based on:
- Duration of the call (span)
- Date and time (span)
- CLI/dialled number
- Channel
- Call direction (incoming/outgoing)
- Marked calls
- Name
- Annotated fields
- Any combination of the above
