COMSOFT has been successful in the field of industrial communication for more than 30 years. We realize individual concepts, look for the best solutions and supply our customers with powerful and flexible products – true to the company's slogan "COMSOFT is making the link."

As a declared PROFIBUS specialist, we develop and manufacture products for the master-slave range as well as provide the implementation, maintenance and diagnostics of PROFIBUS networks. Moreover, we specialise in the development of new technologies, such as PROFINET IO.

The company currently has around 300 highly qualified technicians and engineers divided into two main business sectors: Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Industrial Communication Products (ICP).

The main objective is “finding the adequate solution for most diverse customer-requirements and mastering the inherent technical challenge”. This can only be accomplished by a motivated staff, who is provided the appropriate working conditions to fulfil these tasks. Part of the COMSOFT philosophy are flexible work schedules, a flat hierarchy and a great deal of personal responsibility assigned to the employees. The organisational structure of a team is adapted to the nature of the project.
