SNL2-E Ethernet/RS232/RS485

SNL2-E allows the connection of two serial end devices. The serial interfaces can be configured via software as RS232 or RS422/RS485 interfaces. A mixed operation mode is possible. Additionally, terminating resistors can be switched on via software for operating the RS485 bus. Operation in TTY mode can be via an external adapter. Both interfaces support full duplex DMA mode operation. In synchronous operation mode, rates of up to 1 Mbit/s can be reached. An increase to 2 Mbit/s is available on request at any time. The protocol firmware is loadable. The serial interfaces can be run completely independent from each other. On every serial interface a different protocol driver can be loaded and run.
