The processing of personal data, which are collected and saved when using COMSOFT's websites, takes place according to the provisions of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG).

All employees of COMSOFT, who deal with the processing of personal data, are obliged to observe data secrecy according to § 5 BDSG and have been familiarised with the procedures of handling personal data in conformity with privacy regulations.

Our website uses Piwik, an open-source software for the evaluation of the visitor accesses. Piwik uses so-called "cookies", text files which are saved on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of our website will be stored on our server in Germany. The IP address is made anonymous immediately after processing and before storing so that the identification of your PC is not possible.

Our websites allow for the subscription to our e-mail newsletter and the order of our product catalogue. For this purpose we collect the necessary contact data for sending (e-mail address, optionally first name and surname respectively the complete postal address, optionally e-mail or phone number).

These data will be used exclusively for the intended purpose and will not be passed on to third parties.
